My Story

I understand where you are, because I’ve been there too...

I’ve been where you are — feeling stuck, overthinking, and disconnected from my body. Through my journey of body-based healing and nervous system work, I discovered how to regulate, feel safe in my own body, and live from a place of clarity and confidence. Now, I guide others to come back to themselves and step into their inner authority.

My Mission

My mission is to support you in returning to your inner authority and remembering yourself as the leader of your own life. Beneath fear, worry, and long-held conditioning is a steady, resilient part of you that has never been broken or lost. What often keeps us stuck isn’t fear itself, but the belief that we are powerless to move beyond it. The truth is, you’ve always carried what you need.

When you come back to yourself — when you sit in your inner seat — something begins to shift. Life starts to move again. Clarity replaces confusion. Trust softens fear. From this grounded place, you’re able to meet life with presence, vitality, and a deeper sense of alignment.

Ways we can work together

A body-based space to reconnect, regulate and remember yourself. 

These private sessions are for those who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles they can't think their way out of. Together, we slow things down and listen to what your body is communicating -- gently releasing what no longer serves you and restoring a sense of steadiness, clarity, and self-trust. 

A deeper, ongoing relationship with your inner world. 

For those who feel called to longer-term support, these sessions offer continuity and spaciousness to deepen embodiment, awareness, and integration over time. This is not about self-improvement -- it's about coming home to yourself and allowing change to unfold naturally with support.

Learning, connection and embodiment in shared space.

Occasional workshops and group offerings explore themes of embodiment, awareness, and living from the inner seat. These experiences are designed to help you understand what it means to "be in your body" and why that space of stillness is where healing and clarity emerge.
